Under the provisions of the 2010 On Property Agreement, engineers with 25 years seniority get an additional 6th week vacation. Those extra weeks may be taken either as single day or as a week. Engineers who do not qualify for the 6th week may still exchange one of their existing week's vacation for an additional week of floating vacation.

Notification of your choice must be made to the local committee of adjustments by 01-30-10. Failure to notify will result in those who gain the 6th week being assigned that 6th week as a floating week. Those who don't qualify for the additional week will not be able to change a week to a floating week after 01-30-10.
